The first equity check written in any transaction will always be ours – we “eat our own cooking.” This capital has been hard-earned and we take the investment of it very seriously. When we co-invest with others, we look for investors who share our values and have a long term view with real business experience. We aim to match investment partners to specific opportunities and encourage Board membership for key investors in any transaction.
